1. INTRODUCTION AND MISSION

At OneClick AI Solutions s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us"), we strive to create a safe space where adult users can freely interact with artificial intelligence. These Community Guidelines define the standards of behavior we expect from every user of the service www.leezatko.ai.

Compliance with these rules is a condition for using the Service. They are an integral part of our Terms of Service:

2. CORE PRINCIPLES

2.1. Age 18+: Our community is exclusively for adults. Any activity suggesting that a user is a minor will lead to immediate account termination.

2.2. Respect: Although you are communicating with AI Characters (software), we require interactions to take place within the bounds of the law and our ethical standards.

2.3. Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all content (prompts) you enter into the chat and for how you use the generated outputs.

3. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR (What you must not do)

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will lead to sanctions:

A. Content Restrictions

• Illegal Content: Prohibition on generating content associated with terrorism, drug manufacturing, human trafficking, or weapons.
• Child Protection (CSAM): Zero tolerance for any content that sexualizes children or depicts abuse.
• Violence and Hate: Prohibition on promoting racism, discrimination, extreme violence (gore), and self-harm.
• Real Persons (Deepfakes): Prohibition on generating sexual content depicting real persons without their consent.

B. Technical and Safety Restrictions

• Jailbreaking and Prompt Injection: It is prohibited to use techniques to bypass our security filters (e.g., commands like "DAN mode", "Ignore previous instructions").
• Scraping: Prohibition on using automated bots to download profiles, chats, or images.
• Account Sharing: Your account is personal. It is prohibited to share login credentials with other persons (especially minors).
• Spam and Fraud: Prohibition on using the Service to promote other products, phishing, or fraud.

C. System Abuse

• Multiple Accounts: Creating new accounts to evade a ban (access prohibition) is prohibited.
• Refund Abuse: Repeated requests for refunds after exhausting content are considered fraudulent behavior (friendly fraud).

4. MODERATION AND OVERSIGHT

To ensure community safety, we use:

1. Automated Filters: AI systems that block prohibited keywords and images in real-time.
2. Human Oversight: In the event of a content report or suspicion of a serious violation (CSAM), a specific conversation may be reviewed by a moderator.

Users agree that rule violations may be detected automatically and lead to immediate sanctions.

5. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION

In the event of non-compliance with these rules, we apply the following procedures:

1. Warning: For less serious violations (e.g., unintentional filter triggering).
2. Temporary Ban: Suspension of access for 24 hours to 7 days.
3. Permanent Ban: Immediate account termination without the right to a refund. Applied in cases of:
   • Generation of CSAM.
   • Repeated jailbreaking.
   • Payment fraud.
4. Legal Action: In the case of illegal content, we cooperate with the Police of the Czech Republic and the NCMEC organization.

6. REPORTING ISSUES
